The Waste Services Officer role provides an exciting opportunity to develop and steer the current and future development of waste initiatives within East Lothian Council.
The role will have a focus on the development of routing, performance monitoring and improvement systems, commodity marketing and the delivery of projects to progress the Circular Economy Route map.

- Relevant Qualifications
Relevant HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline and/or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through previous experience. S/he must also hold (or be willing to attain within a specified period) the Certificate of Technical Competence (COTC) at Level 4.
- Driving Licence
As the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.*
