This role will be supporting the delivery of waste management services for over 45,000 households by ensuring compliance and performance standards are being achieved; supporting the delivery of customer engagement activities; and supporting with service improvement projects.
We are looking for a knowledgeable waste professional who can effectively and efficiently support the management of our waste collection and reprocessing services. You will use your data management and numerical skills to monitor and analyse service performance. Your passion for problem solving and doing things differently will lead to positive outcomes for the service and our customers.
