We are looking to recruit an experienced manager to lead our Street Scene Service.
You will manage the effective delivery of street-based local services which supports one of the Council priorities to have a strong community and a clean safe environment for the residents of Rotherham. You will also be responsible for the Council’s fleet and transport services, which includes the provision of home to school transport.
Candidates should have substantial knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Street Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance; Waste Management; Fleet and Transport.
You will have detailed knowledge and experience of policy development, corporate/strategic planning and managing change, including best practice and proven experience of performance management and quality assurance processes in service delivery.
