We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Waste & Countryside service to deliver a variety of service improvement projects. You will work on a range of projects at any one time covering a range of topics - it might be implementing changes to household waste recycling centres, or developing behaviour change campaigns and communications materials, or delivering projects to understand what our customers want from our service. This means you will be flexible in your approach, possess a positive attitude, and have the ability to work on your own initiative within clearly defined boundaries. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge in applying best practice to local initiatives and have experience of delivering a range of projects across a number of teams. Knowledge of waste or countryside management services would be advantageous but not essential.
