The London Borough of Barnet's Street Scene Directorate are looking for a Service Engagement Officer to promote our front line services to residents and service users. Engagement work may take place across a wide range of services including:
- Recycling and Waste
- Street Cleansing
- Grounds Maintenance
- Commercial Development
- Fleet Maintenance
- Passenger Transport
The role will involve planning and delivering communications with residents, Members and key stakeholders face to face, via email, telephone, communication campaigns and social media to maximise engagement in our services and ensure that changes and improvements are delivered efficiently and effectively.
