The London Borough of Barnet's Street Scene Directorate are looking for Service Change Officers to support the rolling out or change of both front line services and internal Street Scene processes across a wide range of services including:
- Recycling and Waste
- Street Cleansing
- Grounds Maintenance
- Commercial Development
- Fleet Maintenance
- Passenger Transport
The role will involve planning and delivering projects to improve services and maximise the efficiency of our own processes, and may include communicating face to face with residents at public events, monitoring the Street Scene services on the ground, and setting up systems and procedures internally with colleagues and partners to ensure the service we deliver is efficient, resilient and value for money.
