ODS are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our award winning Waste & Recycling Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team of Recycling Officers and planning future waste strategies with the waste Team . Promoting team work and ODS values with the frontline operatives to ensure effective communication and leadership.
Areas of focus for this role includes;
- Leading the team on waste reduction, increased recycling projects around the City
- Using excellent data to inform decisions to improve recycling and waste reduction across the City
- To have Management responsibility for the Recycling Officers
- Understanding the current and future waste and recycling journey, and informing papers and strategies
- To provide day to day leadership and management, role modelling the ODS behaviours.
