We are looking for experienced Project Managers with passion and creativity to join our team.
You will have previous experience with waste and recycling services and will be working closely with internal departments and our partners to co-ordinate and deliver Digital Twin and Reuse and Social Value projects, you will be delivering innovation and closing the loop between waste and resources.
Now is an exciting time to join our team as we are continuing to innovate ourselves to move towards a more circular economy – a way in which society recirculates materials to keep them in use for longer through reuse, repair, remanufacture and designing out waste from our system.
This means that we are extracting fewer raw/virgin materials, reducing pollution and our impacts on the natural environment. WLWA is working together in partnership with the boroughs and have also adopted a net-zero emission target. We’ve been strengthening and widening our support to the Boroughs on sustainability as a whole not just waste.
Role flexibility
The roles we’re recruiting for fixed term positions to deliver our new Digital Twin and Reuse and Social Value programmes. We’re looking to offer the right people fixed term contracts of 3 years, full time or reduced hours and welcome job share applications
