An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Recycling and Collections team for a Local Authority Account Manager.

The post holder will be responsible for providing technical support to and developing business cases for local authorities, so that they can review service provision and assess options to increase recycling, increase customer satisfaction and deliver value for money. The successful candidate will help to disseminate the benefits of supporting WRAP’s national consumer campaigns within regional communications. If the local authority proceeds with service changes, the post holder will provide appropriate technical input and advice to support implementation of these changes. There will be a particular focus for this role on urban authorities.
